when與while的用法區(qū)別
when “當(dāng)……的時候”，是at that time的意思，表示做某種動作的時間或瞬間。常與一般現(xiàn)在時或一般過去時連用。
When winter comes, the weather gets colder and colder. 當(dāng)冬天來臨時，天氣變得越來越冷。
When Linda saw Davy, he was jumping with another dog. 當(dāng)Linda看到Davy時，他正和另一只狗一起蹦跳著。
while “當(dāng)……的時候”，是during the time的意思，表示略長的一段時間。常與現(xiàn)在進行時或過去進行時連用。
Mr. White was reading a newspaper while he was waiting for a bus. 懷特先生邊等車邊看報。
I am doing my homework while my mother is cooking. 我做作業(yè)的時候，我媽媽在做飯。
