1.一般過(guò)去時(shí)的用法
（1）表示說(shuō)話前所發(fā)生的動(dòng)作。
例句：He told us to pick apples.
他讓我們摘蘋(píng)果。
（2）表示過(guò)去所發(fā)生的一系列動(dòng)作。
例句：After school I hurried to ride my bike, got off the bike, put down my bag and went into the house.
放學(xué)后，我騎自行車趕回家，下車，放下我的書(shū)包，然后就進(jìn)屋了。
（3）講述（過(guò)去的）故事或表示已故的人所做的事情。
例句：Comrade Lei Feng did good deeds in his life.
雷鋒同志在他的生命中總是做好事。
2.一般過(guò)去時(shí)的特殊疑問(wèn)句
（1）類型：①含有be動(dòng)詞的特殊疑問(wèn)句；
②含有實(shí)義動(dòng)詞的特殊疑問(wèn)句。
（2）結(jié)構(gòu)形式：
當(dāng)疑問(wèn)詞在句中作主語(yǔ)時(shí)或在主語(yǔ)前作定語(yǔ)時(shí)，用
“疑問(wèn)詞（+被修飾詞）+was/were+其他？”或“疑問(wèn)詞（+被修飾詞）+動(dòng)詞過(guò)去式+其他？”。
（3）對(duì)主語(yǔ)提問(wèn)或?qū)χ髡Z(yǔ)的定語(yǔ)提問(wèn)時(shí)，后面句序應(yīng)為陳述句語(yǔ)序。
（4）當(dāng)疑問(wèn)詞作賓語(yǔ)或狀語(yǔ)時(shí)，用“疑問(wèn)詞+ was/ were +主語(yǔ)+其他？”或“疑問(wèn)詞+did+主語(yǔ)+動(dòng)詞原形+其他？”。
（5）在否定句和疑問(wèn)句中,如果出現(xiàn)了助動(dòng)詞did，后面的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞應(yīng)還原為原形。
